9:39 leaving Seattle on the Amtrack for San Jose.  A different view of the stadiums from this side.  It’s my first train ride that is not a “tour” or dinner train.  Heading to Portland where we need to take a bus to Eugene as issues with the track just south of Portland.  They say it’s a 24 hour ride to the Bay Area.  I have over 6 feet of legroom and a recliner seat.  4 of these for in the front of the car set aside for me.  Trip is set to include Thanksgiving at sister Dara and brother in law Jeff’s house.  San Jose Sharks game with sister Marilyn, John and Ruth.
